Lash Appointment Policies
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the $30 deposit being non-refundable.
This policy helps us protect our artists' time and allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Future appointments may require full prepayment.
Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
